This class is a cardiovascular workout that will keep you guessing. Exercises will range from interval training and resistance training. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave.
CO-ED FITNESS
This program designed for men and women who are looking to develop a lean, sculpted, and conditioned physique. Each training session is a small group that provides the best fitness experience ever. The class includes exercises that are challenging for conditioned participants, yet simple enough for beginners to learn and execute.
