Our mission at Transforming Bodies is to train athletes on any level to improve their performance through strength and endurance training.
Our purpose is to meet the needs of any athlete who walks through the doors of our facility. Athletes who put in the work, time, and dedication will exceed the level of their opponent.
THERE ARE FOUR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ATHLETES
The athlete that has the “APPETITE” will come into the gym and do the bare minimum to get through the workout so that he or she can feel good about themself.
The athlete that is “HUNGRY” will come in with aggression, drive, determination, and one goal in mind...that is becoming a better athlete mentally and physically.
The athlete that is “STARVING” is the most powerful force to walk into the gym. This athlete uses adversity for energy; usually this athlete is in survival mode 24/7. This is one of the most aggressive athletes that a contender will ever encounter.
But, the “GREEDY” athlete is in a class of his or her own. Many athletes train their entire life and never reach this level. The greedy athlete exudes power, fitness, determination, and competitiveness. The greedy athlete is usually described as cocky, but the correct term is self-confident. This athlete is the best at what he or she does. Most greedy athletes have prioritized their goals and have reached perfection in their position. These athletes have set out to imprint a permanent design that will go down in history as “The GREAT.”
