TB KROSS-FIT is in a fitness arena of its own when referring to traditional cross-fit style of training. Our program consist of target muscle training, TB Brick Fit Training, and recoil band training.

Our kross-fit training is a program designed for men and women who are looking to develop a lean, sculpted, and conditioned physique. Each training session is a small group that provides the best fitness experience ever.


Members will go through a full fitness evaluation consisting of:
· Body fat testing
· Measurements
· Weigh in
· Before and after photos
· Nutritional and supplement consulting

$300 /month - 3 Days a Week


Evaluations will be administered every six to eight weeks, including weekly weigh in checks.
*MAX NUMBER OF MEMBERS IN A GROUP IS EIGHT
